Hi! I’m Riley.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck—torn between wanting to feel your best and being exhausted by all the noise about how to get there. I’ve lived it.
That’s why I created Pretty Well—to help women unlearn the extremes, reconnect with their bodies, and build a way of living that feels good and actually works in real life.
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Medical Nutrition Therapy and a Registered Yoga Teacher—and beyond the science, I’ve walked the road of healing my relationship with food, my body, and my beliefs.
Now, I work with women 1:1 as a virtual nutrition coach to help them:
Ditch all-or-nothing dieting and create sustainable habits rooted in balance—not burnout.
Develop a healthy relationship with food so they can stop stressing, start trusting themselves, and eat with more freedom, not fear.
Practice mindful nutrition by tuning into their body’s cues, building awareness, and finding joy in how they nourish themselves—without guilt, rules, or restriction.
